A&M recruiting efforts welcomed 140 prospects during Week 1

As Texas A&M put their best efforts to work in a 50-point shutout on Saturday night, 140 high school prospects took in the atmosphere and watched from the sidelines of Kyle Field. The recruits shared sentiments and high praise for the Maroon & White throughout the weekend.

Week 1 is in the books, and what a week it was.

Around 140 prospects from four different recruiting classes made their way to Aggieland over the weekend to see Texas A&M kickoff the 2026 season Saturday night at Kyle Field.

Among the group were 16 commitments from eight states, over 30 uncommitted prospects already holding offers and many other top talents already firmly established on college radars.
