Ingalls is now saying he was sodomized while he was unconscious by Jane Hoe. Good lord

lol

that seems like something that can only damage his case and hurt his credibility

No it actually doesn't. She should be charged

I'm not disagreeing with you on all the other stuff, but if you think this new claim doesn't make him look silly and make the public at large do a massive wtf when reading that, then I guess we live on different planets. She sodomized you? cmon bro. Just stick to your initial statements....no need to go cartoonish about it

I'm also not disagreeing that she should be charged. It certainly sounds like she continued sexual acts with at least one incapacitated guy, maybe two. But...sodomy? with what...a strap-on? her fingers? a dildo?

In New York, the definition of sodomy includes oral sex. She conceivably could have slurped while he was passed out. That would be forcible sodomy.

Good to know. Also, I just threw up

The ridiculousness of this being rape is just beyond comprehension reading these texts. She literally is saying "my body, my choice" about people criticizing their episode.

I'm not sure that I have ever seen a more transparent case of buyers remorse. She's taking down seven guys because she got a case of buyers remorse. None of them are nice people, but they didn't do what she's accusing them of… and the crazy fanatical feminist take her word without even the tiniest bit of proof and in the face of contradicting evidence they're doing all sorts of mental gymnastics to explain away her behavior.

You'd have to be an evil evil person to do what she's doing and recklessly take down 7 fellow humans for what was blatantly a mutual lust fest. It's as egregious as any serial criminal you can think of. Hopefully she comes to her senses and realizes what she's doing here before too late.

Cornell rape case latest: 'Jane Doe' was targeted in swatting incident at her family's home, lawyer says

Thomas Giuffra said armed police officers drew guns on the former student's boyfriend, brother and father after receiving a bogus tip that "someone was killing people in the house."

Thomas Giuffra, Jane Doe's attorney, told CNN that armed police responded to a report of an active shooter at her parents' home on Tuesday evening. Giuffra said the officers pointed weapons at Jane Doe's boyfriend, her brother and her father after receiving a bogus tip that "someone was killing people in the house."

"A SWAT team with assault rifles, heavily armed tactical gear, drew guns," Giuffra said. "And they were doing what they were supposed to, responding to an appropriate threat."

According to Giuffra, Jane Doe was "there, screaming, 'Stop! Stop!"

Jane Doe has received "multiple threats" in recent days, he said, including phone calls, but Tuesday's incident was different.

"Somebody could have been killed," Giuffra said. "This has gone too far. This has really gone too far."

There are a couple of good documentaries on it. One is about the kid that swatted someone over a game and got the address wrong. A random man was shot in his doorway. That ass clown is free now. It should be extremely severe punishment. They say its hard to catch them. This one likely came from China, Somalia or India.

some new info in here, at least new to me. direct accounts from Title IX panel with names redacted. It sheds a lot more light on the part we're all confused about...when was the "rape?" From these accounts, it sounds like she simply got to a point of being super inebriated and guys just doing ketamine off her, but no one involved talks about any sex acts. She gets up and starts flexing her muscles and then it sounds like someone sober minded enough realizes she's too blitzed and boots everyone from the room. Letting a room full of guys see you naked and snort drugs off you after they ask if they can is not rape. It's gross for all involved, but it's not SA.

A few years back, I dealt with some teenagers I know who slept together on the sly. Months after the fact, the girl decided to accuse the boy of raping her, which resulted in a police investigation with no way to prove anything since there was no rape examination or anything like that done.

The guy (17 when the incident happened, but 18 when it was reported) ended up getting arrested and humiliated, then he turned over all text messages which showed the girl as the instigator of everything and the police dropped all charges. It was disturbing to me that someone could so callously decide to ruin someone else's life over something she was equally (at least) responsible for. Thank God the texts existed.

That's the real shame of the model we have. The guy(s) have to do the "perp walk," suffer the indignity of public humiliation/castigation/shunning, and if exonerated in court still have the legal fees and reputational damage to contend with that can follow them for their lifetimes, particularly because the internet never forgets, and few seem to care that someone was not guilty of what they were accused of after society has labeled that individual a pariah.

it's honestly shocking it doesn't happen a lot more often. A scorned ex bummed about getting broken up with could just claim rape and the guy's life would be instantly ruined by the media and mob with no care or consideration for evidence. We are simply going backwards as a society.

I'm betting the girl faced no consequences. The only way to stop this is to absolutely hammer women that falsely accuse like this. Other women should be at the front of the line btw because rape is a horrible crime and should be treated as such. Every time this happens it makes the women who were actually raped less believed and less likely to come forward.

Isn't that what defamation and malicious prosecution suits are for? If, in the end, it comes out her case is all a bunch of made up BS, wouldn't these guys have a strong case since this has already effectively caused total destruction of their reputations? Could they counter sue for defamation per se?

The reason that POS lawyers do that is because so many women do lie about it unfortunately. It's also a lawyers job to advocate for their client. Every time a woman falsely claims rape or comes up with some new version of "rape" which is really regret it feeds into this. All of the false rape claims and "Me Too" movement where "rape" can mean all kinds of things has made it very blurry and there are many women who claim "rape" for attention or out of revenge.

I do agree with you that trauma of testifying is real. It's incredibly difficult to ask a woman who was brutalized to have to go into a courtroom and relive that trauma and answer questions about it. Still the accused does have rights and it is increasingly important that they do have the right to defend themselves. This only stops when other women police the false accusers and sadly very few do.

In theory, sure, but that's very hard to prove under current law which essentially assumes women don't do it. There is virtually no criminal path either and many women who falsely accuse have few assets you could sue them for because they are almost always young women with little to sue for.

As someone who knows women who have had to deal with that cross examination in a real case I think I understand it quite well thank you. A lawyer does have a responsibility to advocate for their client, that's the law and how it should be. If they go too far they typically damage their client's case. I'm certainly not "blaming every problem on women" but if you don't think that false rape/SA charges aren't a serious problem you are delusional.

You are also a part of the problem by assuming the guilt of the accused and essentially saying they can't defend themselves if their lawyer is mean. Women have accountability just as men do. Men need to be responsible for their actions as do women. Even beyond the law you can't have a moral society if only men are expected to control their behavior. Women have to as well. If we are going to move to having men with all the responsibility that's fine as well but the freedom of women has to be severely restricted as it was in the past and it is in some countries today. There is certainly no shortage of punishments in Christian societies as well for women that were sexually immoral. I'd rather women have full agency and freedom but that comes with responsibility.
