I will say this...knowing what had happened, and the nature of some women, especially supposed "care free - down for anything" types of women such as this, who more than likely are grappling with at least one mental illness...disinviting her from any party was a MAJOR blunder on thier part. Unless they told her maybe that they had kicked the other participants of the orgy out of thr fraternity or something.

That was almost certainly THE catalyst for all of this. They don't do that, and they play their cards a little more wisely, and maybe this drug fueled orgy doesn't blow up into a major national "Rape" scandal.

Bro is still trying to blame the men. Even after all the info we have now. Bro is still trying to blame the men. Feminist men doing performative explanations for why women are never at fault is truly sickening to me

What is sad is that she bought the feminist lie. Women and men are the same, we are not wired differently. Women can be just as free sexually. Sexual without consequences is awesome. Sex is natural; it's just sex. Everybody is doing it. Blah blah blah.

How's that working out for her? How about those guys?

Wait, does that mean that men are naturally looking and willing to rape women if given a chance?

I'm not understanding the comparison of A woman wanting to be free to have sex.

No, it means that historically, in the history of humankind, men have been free to enjoy sex outside of marriage with few consequences. And it seems that men are biologically wired to have sex with whoever will let them. I'm not saying that everyone gives into that desire. But it's a biological drive. And some guys, the ones who aren't very decent people, will have sex with anything that will let them.

Historically, for women sex was much more about intimacy and relationship. Women were also saddled with the burden and shame of an out of wedlock pregnancy. Before DNA test testing Men were absolutely not,.

Feminism and modern culture would have women believe that sex is simply a physical act that doesn't impact you emotionally. Women are out there defiling themselves in the name of sexual freedom. I don't know what this girl's family situation was, but I'm guessing that there's some daddy issues here. I could be wrong. She did all this in an effort to impress a guy she liked and what did he do? He invited the rest of fraternity to come and have a turn with her.

No, I don't think men are naturally rapists. But I think men are women are wired differently.

I think maybe chickencoupe16 said it better than me.

NYT columnist says Trump fueled the Cornell sexual assault culture | Fox News

Of course, this happened in 2024 when President Autopen Potato was in office, but leftists never let a crisis go to waste.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. She was free and gave it out freely but society (including most women) does not actually want total freedom as that includes freedom from judgement. Because she wasn't totally free, she became a social leper who viewed her way to redemption as claiming rape.

That's an interesting take.

So how many of the men, after the two (i believe to recall) whom she actually wanted to have sex, would be considered rapists then?

Or was she in for a penny in for a pound (no pun intended) once she spread her legs, so every guy who took their turn should be seen in the same light as the ones she actually wanted to be with?

The key point here is she said she didn't want to do some things and as soon as she did the men stopped. So she showed that not only was she capable of expressing her comfort level but that her wishes were respected. It also shows that she was sober enough to make choices. That pretty much destroys the very flimsy rape claims. Essentially it is the reverse of your logic. If she could say no and was respected when she said no then clearly she was ok with the rest in the moment.

The main argument for her is regret based. That upon later reflection she really wished she hadn't let more guys in to the party or done x or y. There is also plenty of evidence that some (and not all as some guys left and one actually stopped the whole ordeal) of the guys were some bad dudes that were actively trying to take advantage of a girl they saw as a sex object. That's really gross but it's not illegal. The dark reality is some girls actually want to be treated that way, typically because of other issues they have around self esteem or prior abuse but that's not really relevant. Men can't be held to a standard legally that they have to protect women from themselves when they make bad choices. We can certainly shame those men and ostracize them, men should be better than this and they shouldn't take advantage of women for sex. Still we have laws and if they aren't breaking the law we need to focus our primary efforts on those who do.

She made a LOT of bad choices here. I mean deciding after a few drinks to go over to a Frat house alone with the intention of having sex with at least 2 guys and doing drugs and partying can lead you down some paths you might regret. She wanted the attention and feeling of freedom of inhibitions of doing something crazy and didn't think it through as to how that would end up long term. Reading her "after" texts is honestly sad to me that she was so deluded. She really seemed to think that people would be cool with her being so uninhibited. All of her anger comes out when she discovers that not only are people not ok with it but it has made her a pariah. Still those were her choices. It's just hard to see it that way because the natural reaction is to feel sorry for her but that's a very short sighted view. We desperately need women to take responsibility for their choices so that they aren't repeated by her and others and I find it sad that her sorority sisters weren't looking out for her that night or in how they reacted to the incident.

"We desperately need women to take responsibility for their choices"

Dude, not in the entire history of humanity has that happened...we need to get back to doing what we did as a civilization until just recently. In these situations I am always reminded of the old movie The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (Paul Newman movie)...when his deputies who were now marrying all the town prostitutes got upset at him calling them *****s; the *****s all went to their new husbands to force the judge to apologize...this was the Judges "apology" to the ladies:

"I understand you have taken exception to my calling you *****s. I'm sorry. I apologize. I ask you to note that I did not call you callous-ass strumpets, fornicatresses, or low-born gutter ****s. But I did say '*****s.' No escaping that. And for that slip of the tongue, I apologize."

Ah but they did. Prior to the Pill and legalized abortion the consequences of sex for women was dramatically different and society set standards around that to protect women both from other men and from themselves. Women also by their nature are more susceptible to social pressure for a variety of biological reasons, mainly that they needed protection and support both from men and other women. No fault divorce followed by making the family courts completely out of whack in terms of the level of bias towards women in judgements is also a big problem. Women get no consequences for cheating or even getting pregnant by another man in many cases. You have women that openly marry rich guys and divorce them and take them for everything for no cause. The problem is many of those instincts have been twisted and manipulated. It's going to be a very difficult problem to fix.

That was almost certainly THE catalyst for all of this. They don't do that, and they play their cards a little more wisely, and maybe this drug fueled orgy doesn't blow up into a major national "Rape" scandal.

Very much so and that point can't be emphasized enough. This was about the social consequences of the "evening" getting so much attention. The fact her greatest anger came from being shunned to keep partying with her "rapists" completely destroys any credibility to it being "rape". Girls that are raped don't go back for more.

That is something to consider. "Going back for more" was clearly on display. In one of the statements it was noted that she tried to orally "revive" the guy who was so trashed that he had "lost his mojo" and passed out, and was consoling the other guy so trashed he was dry heaving from all the booze and drugs and unable to continue.

At the point that the two first guys are incapacitated, how is she not culpable for sexual assault on the guy passed out? He clearly couldn't consent to that action, and it seems that she was at least willing and active for some of the activity that went down that night.

On the face of it, it seems a challenging case to make that she was assaulted by all the dudes who she interacted with that night, though she clearly seems to regret what she allowed herself to do. Her regret may be to the point where she started experiencing symptoms like trauma reactions, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she was a victim of trauma by these dudes as a consequence of her judging herself for violating whatever sense of values she subscribes to.

I think we're gonna have to disagree. This started in the Garden...the Pill, etc., all just noise. It was maybe harder on them in the past; but it didn't change their basic nature. As for what's different? it seems to me the biggest difference is now men have failed and are afraid to call a ***** a ***** and have stopped handing out consequences for *****'ish behavior. That's the only thing that is going to stop this nonsense. Stop treating *****s, (like the one in this incident), like hot house flowers. And, treat the Sorority with the respect it deserves...which is none. As an institution it is bankrupt.

Both sexes have their nature, the key is how society and the law regulates that nature. My point is in the past there were very real consequences that made a woman take responsibility for her actions. Sex led to pregnancy and now they have the pill or abortion to give them control over it. Marriage was binding and difficult to end both legally and socially, now it is actually incentivized.

I don't see men as angels. Men at our base can be sexually depraved and extremely violent or aggressive. Laws and society keep that in check though. The issue is that the game has changed for women over the last 50 years and it has blurred those rules. Eventually either women will start to want those guardrails back and the benefits that come with them (loving marriages, motherhood, etc) or men will revolt and decide they aren't going to be held to those standards and we get chaos. It's especially dangerous because history has taught us again and again that angry young men who feel they have nothing to lose are how really bad things happen. Men will always have the physical force and ability to project power if not constrained. It's very evident that many women simply have no understanding of how dangerous that force is, it's the difference between soft and hard power. Soft power only matters if hard power is there as a backstop supporting it.

So now she's also suing the bar that didn't serve her and her sorority for making her feel ashamed? Wonder who will be sued next? The Uber for driving her home too slowly? AT&T for allowing her to be uninvited via text message to the next frat party, which coincidentally is when she went to the police?

Discovery is going to be good.

Discovery doesn't matter because facts don't matter. This is the insanity already being pushed, women deciding to lecture their little boys about "consent":

Don't forget the clothing manufacturer that made the apparel she wore that made her attractive to the opposite sex....and the gym she worked out at for same reason....and her parents for passing down their good genes, the dentist and orthodontist for giving her a good smile

Going to be a trillion dollar class action when all is said and done

What is sad is that she bought the feminist lie. Women and men are the same, we are not wired differently. Women can be just as free sexually. Sexual without consequences is awesome. Sex is natural; it's just sex. Everybody is doing it. Blah blah blah.

How's that working out for her? How about those guys?

Wait, does that mean that men are naturally looking and willing to rape women if given a chance?

I'm not understanding the comparison of A woman wanting to be free to have sex.

All the questions and discussion on all this…I keep thinking if there was some regular Sunday school in all these people's lives none of this would have happened.

Very much so. People, especially women, also need to remember the important lesson that you teach people how to treat you. If you don't respect yourself, people aren't going to treat you with respect. If you treat yourself like gutter trash, do not be surprised when other people treat you as such. Know your worth and value, and expect that treatment from others. Also, a big part of showing people that you have worth and value is treating others respectfully.

She voluntarily got smashed, snorted ketamine multiple times, and was consensually banging 3-4 dudes before going completely off the reservation, and they were ****ed up right along with her. There were plenty of points where she could have said no, or walked out, or done a lot of responsible things, but she didn't. Of course the men are the only ones expected to be responsible or suffer consequences here.

Yep. Most notably. Not agreed to go to the frat house. Chosen to not drink or do drugs. Chosen to not ask for or agree to an orgy. And not asked to come back again and then get pissed off when she was uninvited and her own sorority sisters called her out. As I understand it, then, and only then, was it a legal issue.

Here's the astonishing, mind-boggling thing about all the opportunities she had to leave… a lot of crazy women online are saying that "she didn't feel safe" and "it was dangerous". It was safer for her to stay because they probably would've killed her if she had tried to leave.

At this point, with her case falling apart with the FACTS that have been released, she should no longer be allowed to slander these guys as Jane Doe. She should not be allowed to remain anonymous while naming these dudes in a suit when she consented to having simultaneous sex with at least two of them. If you're going to be the fraternity ****, own it.

So far, Facebook has deleted 10 of my comments for mentioning "Lucy Craig", but doxxing the entire membership of the fraternity is AOK. I'm sick of the double standard.
