Evidently he is having a hard time picking a pitcher.

When you aren't allowed to be proud of you own country inside your country, that is when you know the invaders have taken over. Britain is lost.

Sounds like it's England we should be bombing back into the stone age instead of Iran.

Why not both... And at the rate they are going we may.

I have traveled to Europe a couple of times in my life, and every time I get home, I thank God I live in America, and especially Texas. Despite what the media and the globalists might have you believe, there is no place like it on earth.

We take our freedoms and abundance for granted way more than we should.

Scots figured it out quick Asked about their first few hours in NYC what they noticed first: "We noticed its not as good as Boston."

The last several years I have certain podcasters I watch done by Europeans reacting to other streams about America, a lot about our food and then when they come to the US, their travel vlogs.

Besides just how big the US really is versus all of Europe (not Russia) the various landscapes, national and state parks and of course, our varied food choices and portion sizes. Free refills for drinks (non alcoholic) always blows their minds, along with ice water. Europeans don't like ice in their drinks for some reason.

I guess the only reason I give a flip about what Euros think about the USA or Texas is maybe (but probably not )they will try to adopt legal and economic practices that have led to our success, fleeting as it may be thanks to leftists. Their "leadership" and press certainly haven't generally conveyed that to their people imo. Neither has ours for that matter for the most part.

I've seen a ton of them realizing the news has been lying to them. perhaps change starts with that.

Maybe change starts that way but it's such a small fraction of the totals and they have been brainwashed for so long that I'm not optimistic. Our own people are being brainwashed and they live it day to day because of the slop they are fed by the left and the media.

it is why the UK is fighting to eliminate VPNs and have "age verification" for social media. The truth is seeping in and their message is starting to be seen like the rubbish it is. Hopefully it is not too late.

Yeah but the internet is forever. That German guy, Freddy, has garnered 40-50 million views for instance. And that was just for one video.

FWIW, my wife and I flew to Monterrey two years ago to visit a children's home we support. Won't pull any punches...we were scared to death and worried about our security. The director of the facility said we should not be worried, as there was a wall surrounding the perimeter. We went, and discovered the wall was 3 or 4 feet high.

Long story short, we ended up feeling very safe. There are some dicey places, like the River Colony (ironically, we went there with our host to drop off some food to acquaintances who lived there).

But we also walked with the kids from the campus to take them for street tacos at night, about a half mile from the campus.

My biggest eye opener. Once night when we were at the taco place, there were 6 policemen eating at a separate table. They were young, ripped, and so bad-arsed with their uniforms and bullet proof vests. A huge contrast to our local sheriffs...old and grossly overweight.

I totally get the fear though. Many years ago, I traveled to Michoacan to visit two of our avacado suppliers. I'd never go there today.

I definitely am not criticizing the fear...it's real. But once we got there, Monterrey was an amazing experience.

I'm not a huge traveler, but I have been to Europe multiple times in the past several years. I don't drink alcohol. When abroad, it's usually Diet Coke, or now Coke Zero, because it's replaced Diet Coke in many areas.

Few places have refills, the ones that do started in the USA.

When you order a soft drink, you'll get a small can or bottle, usually about 6 to 8 ounces. It will be 4 or 5 Euros for that tiny drink.

The one exception was a pub near my hotel in Munich several weeks ago. They served the Coke Zero in a beer glass, pours the drink from a 2 liter bottle, so it was the largest beverage I was served in the trip to Germany, Austria, and Italy.

basically they were afraid and anxious to come over because the news had them believing that ICE would meet them at customs and give them a hard time. The police would be aggressive and violent and the people would be rude and condescending. But what they found is the America they heard about when they were kids. And that the Americans needed the experience as much as they did.

Saw a great one on Insta of a German dude in a bar, amazed at the plaques commemorating various American soldiers.

He said "can you imagine us commemorating Uncle Dolph serving in the First Panzer... hahaha". Then he sighs and says "Man, I'm so f-ing jealous..."

A Portuguese couple who love American food finally visited the states last November They spent a few days in NYC and then flew to Texas. The husband remarked constantly that his clothes no longer fit after a week in San Antonio, Austin and Dallas Barbecue, Tex-Mex, fast food and Waffle House was his undoing.

It certainly beats what the last government would have had, with ****** parades and self-loathing in a high-crime DC with defaced monuments.

Come to the south for an even better taste. Just stay away from large groups of one demographic and you'll be safe and treated like royalty.

With all due respect, I politely disagree.

My wife was born/raised outside of Boston (South Shore, halfway between Logan and T.F. Green). On the surface, the Boston natives have a hard exterior. But once you crack it, they're a blast to be with.

My only issue...on many an occasion I have to say to my wife..."what did you say?" Boston accents can be very thick!

Edit...the only individuals who may not be welcome in Boston are Yankee fans.
