It has been said before but I will say it again - if a student can get kicked out of campus for breaking the honor code so should a president of the university

Aggie Code of Honor
For many years Aggies have followed a Code of Honor, which is stated in this very simple verse:
An Aggie does not lie, cheat or steal or tolerate those who do.
The Aggie Code of Honor is an effort to unify the aims of all Texas A&M men and women toward a high code of ethics and personal dignity. For most, living under this code will be no problem, as it asks nothing of a person that is beyond reason. It only calls for honesty and integrity, characteristics that Aggies have always exemplified.
The Aggie Code of Honor functions as a symbol to all Aggies, promoting understanding and loyalty to truth and confidence in each other.

Bingo, why do we some general at A&M anyway? we need business leaders that understand whats needed in the real world not some guy that is trained how to fight a war against another country, there is no place for that at a college like Texas A&M (yes I know we have a very minority Corp, if you want that go to a military school)

As a former CT, I completely agree with this.

We have a top 10 business school and can't even find someone with integrity to lead our university. Absolutely insane.

On the note of our Business School: that dean isn't particularly great either. Political missteps aside, it would be nice to see someone who has actually worked in a real business (academia and internships don't count). But I know that's too much to ask and not the norm.

This will not get side tracked by the events of today...it actually reinforces to rid ourselves of these terrible minded people.

I love me some Mays as a graduate of the school bit it ain't a Top 10 b school.

Forget firing Walsh.

Walsh should resign if he has any sense of love or honor for the school he claims to revere.
He's irreparably compromised.

He has done lots of things wrong, but it really all comes down to the way he mistreated a student and lied about it. He should not be the top man at any university.

It's the downside of peace time under a 2 term Democrat; same thing happened with Clinton. The selected officers at the top are done by the President, and it all rolls downhill. It's a lot like your modern corporations; if you want to move up, it's not about how well you work, but how much you drink and spread the Kool-Aid. For the military, it takes a war to clear it out. For a corporation, it takes bankruptcy.

There are like 5+ police cars parked directly outside the admin building. Multiple officers standing watch inside.

Every other university is firing people for talking negative about Charlie Kirk.

aTm had to have the governor step in to fire someone breaking state law.

Welsh should step down
