He held his country together and they pushed the second largest military in the world back to the border and out of the Black Sea. Russia has lost this war already. Not until after Ukraine withstood the first wave. Let's not rewrite history, most everyone assumed Ukraine would fall within a couple of weeks. No one was lining up to throw money away on a lost cause. The first few weeks were spent trying to punish Russia economically. No one seriously started supporting Ukraine's military effort until Russia was already bogged down.

Because it will take concessions by both sides.

Ukraine is not in a position to negotiate. They need us to assist with that. If they give us minerals, in exchange for leverage, they can negotiate peace.

Without us, they will lose. Trump and JD know this. Russia knows this. Everyone knows this.

I don't buy this. We've let the Europeans establish this narrative as a means to try and control us. Europe could step up. They could stop doing business with Russia. They could drop tariffs on our goods and services. They meet their obligations to NATO.

Our focus needs to be on China. We've put Russia in a condition that Europe can finish the job. They can take it from here.

This war isn't about NATO. Never was. It's a simple land grab.

If Russian assets arrived in Mexico we wouldn't target civilians in Mexico City, nor would we try to annex Mexican territories as additional states.
