Oh it's not only happening, but it's about to get much faster. DC Circuit overturns Biden judge August 2025 ruling blocking speedy deportations. Even an Obama judge agreed!

The D.C. Circuit panel was comprised of Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan, an Obama appointee, and Judges Neomi Rao and Justin Walker, both Trump appointees.

According to The Washington Times, paroling foreign nationals into the country "became a loophole to the usual border controls" under the Biden administration. The Democrat president reportedly allowed in "Afghans, Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, Ukrainians and Venezuelans who flew into the U.S., plus a large swath of other migrants who reached the U.S.-Mexico border and preregistered their arrival."
A former immigration judge told the outlet that the prior administration paroled an estimated 2.9 million migrants during its four years in power.

In its Tuesday decision, the D.C. Circuit held that the plaintiffs suing the Trump administration over its bid to expeditiously remove the migrants lacked standing to challenge the government's directives. There were no noted dissents.

"Plaintiffs cannot seek relief that changes nothing for them. The plaintiffs here tried to do just that. So we vacate the stay issued by the district court," the court ruled.

Definitely will next time. This was a tiny job actually, one of those narrow 3 story townhomes, but I think the client was insistant upon using a certain roofer.

Most of those are not new organizations/groups. Christopher Wray's FBI was at best derelict and in reality seditious in my opinion for many years vs. their duty to the American people/republic.

People like Michael Podhorzer (Marc Elias buddy) deserve much, much more scrutiny.

Yea, it's all through the rumor mill here in rural Burnet and Llano county but after the fact we hear of these folks that got raided and employees deported. Mostly construction sites and Mx food restaurants.

It has finally begun in Ohio.

Haiti has some real issues and high crime rates, but it is not up to the United States to keep the temporary status open after 16 years, especially when former TPS holders had the option of $2,600 and a free flight home.

Needless to say, I voted for this. And more.
