Very true, but that also causes problems during your occupation/permanent rule over the country. That's a very costly and time consuming repair. Conversely you could take out the plant, mess up an office building, but keep all the necessary infrastructure intact so you don't have to do any major repairs to get the grid back up and running again.BusterAg said:PWestAg18 said:

You can take out the interconnect to the plant if you want it offline. No reason to make electricity without connection to the grid.
That being said it all requires logical thought which no one is sure the Russians are capable of anymore.
