Also, one of the Russian State TV droogs suggests this could be a plan to lure all of NATO's troops into Ukraine (but I thought they were already there?) and destroy them all with bombs.

At about 11:01, a Russian State TV commentator mentions that Kyiv hasn't been bombed in 4-5 days, and he notes that infrastructure hasn't been hit. When you think about it, wouldn't a massive missile attack after the Kherson retreat have been predictable? Yet, it didn't happen.
