Going off on Binger not calling Ziminski so the defense can properly cross examine him. They have the burden of proof, the state.

When I saw it live, I wondered if he had his finger on the trigger. I saw a reporter snap a photo from the other angle and knew we'd find out soon. And, of course, he does. What a f'ing moron. Maybe he was hoping someone on the jury would throw their arms up, so he could use a line about that being the natural reaction.

The defense should point out that its a nice little microcosm of how deceptive the prosecution has been with you, the Jury. I haven't kept up with the trial much, but based on what I've read today I was wrong in my judgements of the situation last year. It appears Kyle was just trying to help and brought a gun just in case something happened. Which it did. And he defended himself appropriately and legally. I'll take my plate of crow.
