What other order is there on a ballot? If a dot is filled in for candidate X, they get the vote.will25u said:Maricopa County election professionals have the experience and the proven processes to accurately count ballots.

Oh yes. The guy overseeing it is Ken Bennett former Sec of State of Arizona. Not his first rodeo with elections. Knows the laws and procedures.SpreadsheetAg said:

I am going to drop a bombshell on North Carolina #ElectionIntegrity soon. This state is not OK. Our elections are rigged and I am going to do something about it before it is too late. We will not become California.

Funny, but somehow I don't think the federal courts will claim "no standing" in this case, even though the federal government doesn't set State election laws.Quote:
Any lawyers want to explain what recourse the Arizona auditors, cyber ninjas, and the Arizona state legislators have?
File injunction in federal court to stop the House Committee investigation, no standing.
Enron hated outside audits too…

I could understand if there were more ballots than votes represented in the total, because they could say a certain number of ballots were disqualified for a number of reasons. But having more votes than ballots is a different, unexplainable sort of problem. Even Common Core math can't explain that one away...Burrus86 said:Well, that must explain the 250,000 ballot discrepancy between the total votes and actual votes.chjoak said:This is the biggest load of BS tweet I think I have ever read. Fulton County’s continued failures have gone on long enough with no accountability. Rick Barron and Ralph Jones, Fulton’s registration chief, must be fired and removed from Fulton’s elections leadership immediately. Fulton’s voters and the people of Georgia deserve better.
— GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (@GaSecofState) July 15, 2021
Ralph Jones seems ripe for an immunity deal if he is fired. And that's still a big "if".will25u said:

Quote:
On Tuesday, Representative Jody Hice (R-Ga.) called for the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to "immediately resign" from office due to the overwhelming evidence of voter fraud found in the state.
"Over the last 48 hours there have been massive developments into the investigation of Georgia's 2020 election," Hice said in a video posted on Facebook.
Hice, who recently announced he is running for Georgia Secretary of State, was outraged that tens of thousands of illegally cast ballots were allowed to be counted.
"Some ten thousand or more ballots were illegally cast by individuals who did not live in the county where they voted," he said. "There can be as many as 35,000 such ballots that were illegally cast."
The congressman added: "In Fulton County, there is now undeniable proof of voter irregularity if not outright voter fraud."
Hice called for a forensic audit of all mail-in ballots cast in the state in the November election, and for a judge to decide whether the election was valid.

"Guys it's simple. You have to stop in Georgia, keep going in Arizona, stop in Pennsylvania, keep going in Nevada, stop in North Carolina, recount Wisconsin, and ultimately let Brett Kavanaugh weigh in on all of it. That's what the Founders would have wanted."
Arizona appears to have no voter fraud. Nevada does and will be looked at. North Carolina looks like Arizona but there are some weird issues there. Wisconsin has massive issues and so does Pennsylvania.
Not all states are equal. Florida and Ohio had no problems this election because they have robust systems in place. The above states do not.

My hunch is those 35,000 voters (or over 40k as Trump's lawyers contend), had their ballots cast without the voter's knowledge. Those ballots were harvested by the Stacy Abrams operation because they had copies of the voter rolls and knew what ballots had not yet been cast.Quote:
Trump's claims of violations of Section 21-2-218 [the 35,000 who moved out-of-county greater than 30 days prior to election], as well as the numerous other challenges, however, were never heard, Hilbert told The Federalist, because the chief judge of Fulton County, Chris Brasher, failed to appoint a legally eligible judge to hear the case until a month after the lawsuit was filed, making a trial on the president's election challenge impossible. Then, after a judge was finally appointed late on December 31, the trial was scheduled for January 8 two days after Congress would open and certify the Electoral College votes. Given the timing of the hearing, which effectively mooted the case, and the Secretary of State's Office's promise to meet with his legal team, Trump dropped his lawsuit challenging Georgia's election.
