From the article:

Quote:

Trump's claims of violations of Section 21-2-218 [the 35,000 who moved out-of-county greater than 30 days prior to election], as well as the numerous other challenges, however, were never heard, Hilbert told The Federalist, because the chief judge of Fulton County, Chris Brasher, failed to appoint a legally eligible judge to hear the case until a month after the lawsuit was filed, making a trial on the president's election challenge impossible. Then, after a judge was finally appointed late on December 31, the trial was scheduled for January 8 two days after Congress would open and certify the Electoral College votes. Given the timing of the hearing, which effectively mooted the case, and the Secretary of State's Office's promise to meet with his legal team, Trump dropped his lawsuit challenging Georgia's election.
My hunch is those 35,000 voters (or over 40k as Trump's lawyers contend), had their ballots cast without the voter's knowledge. Those ballots were harvested by the Stacy Abrams operation because they had copies of the voter rolls and knew what ballots had not yet been cast.
Not too long ago I would believe your statement would be tin foil hat material. Not so much anymore, with all the deceit generated by the Democratic Party leadership, leftist progressives and legacy media combined with the emerging facts about voter fraud.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”
Thomas Jefferson, Letter to Edward Carrington, January 16, 1787

Do you know who sued for the records? What is AZ law with regard to public information requests - is their legislature exempted or not?

They are going after the Senate Republicans and Cyber Ninjas to release all communications and donations. They are working to discredit the audit by discrediting everyone who supported its existence.

In short, the Judge stated in the opinion that the legislature is not exempt. On the merits, I tend to agree, but if we are talking about full disclosure should they ignore any request/subpoena they don't want to address like the elections board?

I am more convinced these folks are close and over the target because the attacks are coming fast and hard. Attacks on the process and the people, no explanations on the findings.

WHAT: A court hearing will take place in Henry County Superior Court on Monday, July 19th at 1:30pm ET regarding the U.S. Senate runoff election in Georgia, certified in January of 2021.

The lawsuit, brought by Atlanta resident Mike Daugherty contests the certifications of Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock as the winners of the election for Georgia's U.S. Senate seats and seeks a new election conducted on paper ballots under Ga. Code 21-2-334.

...

The lawsuit alleges the results of this election do not accurately reflect the intent of eligible voters in Georgia and therefore should be overturned. The lawsuit points to significant misconduct, legal irregularities committed by election officials, procedural violations, and security breaches surrounding electronic voting equipment, among other things.

Georgia law does allow for a do-over in elections, unlike many other states. This one should be an interesting case to watch.

I hope this is the first of many but I have been disappointed so many times in the past year I am really starting to feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football.

Fully understand that sentiment. My optimism waxes and wanes as well.

After watching your work and others in the trump spygate thread and then seeing zilch come from it I can't get excited about any of this even with the hard proof displayed. The fact is we have a two tiered system - one for you and me and one for the "elite" who has demonstrated they can do whatever they want without consequences.

That's why so many believe this will end in violence.

You sign a death warrant going against the corrupt overbearing US government administration.

Nothing has changed, the exact same consequences to those who signed the Declaration of Independence.

The hearing on Monday regarding the runoff is in Judge Amero's court. Same judge as the Favorito case. Have watched hearings with him presiding. He's been very amenable to Favorito, thus far.

Will he rule to throw out an election, though?

Can he rule to throw out all invalid or duplicate ballots?

This plaintiff will have to get past a standing issue first.

I hate being ignorant of your old industry, but it seems to me 'standing' only comes into play for us conservatives.

I know that's not likely the case, but it's just an observation.

Well, as far as this case goes, the plaintiff is a Georgia voter. That's it. When Lin Wood filed his case, it was on the basis that he was a Georgia voter and his were dismissed.

But this is Judge Amero, so maybe he'll let it proceed, for awhile anyway.

Not to mention the fundraising she initially did off of the questions surrounding the election. Some questions have arisen about where did those funds go?

Big oil money in west Texas is sitting on the sidelines until the national GOP decides it will not allow its candidates to lose because it doesn't do anything about rigged elections. That tweet from GOP chairwoman is a clue the message is heard loud and clear in the DC GOP offices.

Back to Georgia. Can there be much question that Pro V&V is a fly by night type of outfit now? Judge Totenberg found Jack Cobb to be not only computer illiterate but also a lying POS. (My words, not hers.)

Back in November right after the election Rats***perger directed Pro V&V conduct a field audit at locations determined by his office. Notably not included was Fulton County.

Pursuant to a FOIA request about the parameters and final report from that field audit, a very odd email was returned in response.

But then see this.

The six page audit report is HERE.

Page 4 Section 3.1, General Information reads:

Quote:

The Field Audit was conducted under the guidance of Pro V&V by personnel verified by Pro V&V to be qualified to perform the audit.
IOW, not the employees of Pro V&V.

Dates are screwed up on the email from Cobb even though the body of the email reads as a prospective audit. Strongly suggests manufacturing evidence in response to the FOIA. And idiots like this are entrusted with our election integrity?
