Unless they are talking about multiple ballots filled out by the same person and therefore others would be tossed, but with the laws in place and some of the images we are seeing out of Georgia, that is not the case.

Oh yes. The guy overseeing it is Ken Bennett former Sec of State of Arizona. Not his first rodeo with elections. Knows the laws and procedures.

Right at his side for everything is a guy named Brakey. He's been an election security investigator since 2004 since he hated W. and didn't think he won (he's likely correct in that) and is now a Bernie Bro. If he was seeing anything wrong with the audit procedures, he would say so in all of the pressers where he's standing right next to Bennett and answers questions.

I could understand if there were more ballots than votes represented in the total, because they could say a certain number of ballots were disqualified for a number of reasons. But having more votes than ballots is a different, unexplainable sort of problem. Even Common Core math can't explain that one away...

My hunch is those 35,000 voters (or over 40k as Trump's lawyers contend), had their ballots cast without the voter's knowledge. Those ballots were harvested by the Stacy Abrams operation because they had copies of the voter rolls and knew what ballots had not yet been cast.
