.@jsolomonReports says there was a tweet from Hillary Clinton in the Durham filing. If she tweeted out false information she’s part of that conspiracy. pic.twitter.com/lUjyDWE8zy

What’s funny is Sussman lied twice: Once when he told the FBI he wasn’t representing the Clinton campaign, and again when told Congress he disclosed to the FBI he was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign.

2/ As Sussmann's attorneys note, "prosecutorial misconduct" doesn't mean "bad behavior" in this context. Also not saying it is winning argument, but it reasonates and likely will with judge.

Durham, for the most part. That is not to say Sussmann's lawyers will not be successful on any of the motions. Judge will split the baby on a few but overall Durham has the stronger argument on the important pieces of evidence.whatthehey78 said:
For us non-juris prudence types...who's winning, Sussman's team or Durham's???
The revelation of the Text messages from Sussmann to Baker, where he put into writing the lie he is indicted for, prior to him going into the FBI offices and telling the same lie he told in the text, pretty much kills any defense he has on his not guilty plea, and the fact that Durham revealed that he lied under oath to the Senate, the exact opposite of what he said in the text to Baker and what he told Baker in the presence or Priestep and Anderson.whatthehey78 said:

Yeah, I suspect that the more there are rumors of people seeking immunity with him, the more the people at the top of the chain begin to sweat and wonder if they should consider asking for immunity. He may end up offering immunity to the highest bidder.richardag said:IANAL;will25u said:Had enough? Durham also has filings tomorrow.whatthehey78 said:

One thing I think I got out of TechnoFog's is Durham maybe holding off on wasting immunity for key players trying to get the most bag for the buck?
The devil in me wants Durham to tease the 'worst of the worst' with immunity...and then 'yank it back' while sheepishly frowning and turning to walk away.txags92 said:Yeah, I suspect that the more there are rumors of people seeking immunity with him, the more the people at the top of the chain begin to sweat and wonder if they should consider asking for immunity. Michael Sussmann, Hillary's lawyer scheduled for trial on Special Counsel Durham's prosecution for lying to the FBI, has secretly plead guilty to another crime, in a sealed case, before a different federal judge in DC.

Someone leaked that transcript today!#ButNothingsHappening pic.twitter.com/XODLGB0NlE
Sussmann's conflicted lawyers may have been able to access & download the transcript of Sussmann's sentencing hearing describing any cooperation he may be providing.
— DawsonSField (@DawsonSField) April 6, 2022
But the Swamp has now warned he plead guilty in a sealed case.

Here’s my take on the new information, not mentioned in the indictment, that Sussmann sent a text to Baker the day before the meeting, in which MS requests a meeting and says he’s not representing any client, but will be bringing information he thinks the FBI would like to see.

@walkafyre recalled that both these dossiers were included deep down in 1000+ page filings made by Alfa and Berkowitz in a DC court case in Feb 2022. So the Alfa dossier was out there already before Durham released it, you just had to know where to look.

Why is this important? Because Joffe didn’t work for FusionGPS, and Fusion didn’t work for him. Fusion worked for Hillary’s campaign, through Perkins Coie. When Sussmann updated this Whitepaper to give to the FBI (with Joffe’s data), his client was Hillary. He billed only her. https://t.co/jzZKsk5pW8

And Skeletor Podesta is repeating his claim he was unaware of the campaign spending funds on this project.
That puts on the spotlight on....Gary Gensler, the CFO of the campaign & current head of the SEC.
Both of them had responsibilities over accounting/payment records for the Clinton Campaign.
