I wonder what happened to the storyline with Street's parents, Street, and the lawyer. That seemed like it could create some interesting friction, but it hasn't made an appearance since that one episode.

is it just me or does this show leave storylines kinda hanging sometimes without telling us how they were resolved?
for instance...Sericen last i saw had moved out last week.....but now....he's back living with his dad and everything is ok. did i miss something in between?

He went home after he left the coaches house. Many shows appear to leave story lines hanging, but they get back to them.
For instance, someone asked what happened about the lawsuit from a few weeks ago?

Uhhh....lawsuits aren't resolved overnight. They were back to it tonight. I can't wait for next week when then roids Smash is taking comes to a head...it sounds like he's kicked off the team.
Tyra = Hotter than Lyla, IMHO.

Next week's episode looks great! Smash's mom is going to do some smashing on him it looks like! Buddy Garrity annoys me but I'n glad they make him appear human and not some robotic football fan annoying booster type. Kind of funny that he was praying for a State title. I think Lost is my favorite show but this one ranks 2nd.
Not my favorite episode. Too much Smash and Tyra and no Landry at all. Still good, just not my favorite episode.
I thought it was pretty good. I was really happy to see Street go and try to make amends with Coach Taylor. That was very touching.
I loved the episode. You can't expect every show to have intense drama like Matt vs. his Dad like the previous one had.
The acting in this one was excellent as usual and it advanced the story perfectly. Possibly setting up another "Big" episode next week like everyone wants.

Great episode. Don't really care for Smash but interested to see what his Mama does to him. I love the Matt/Julie storyline. Matt is a great character.
Matt had some lines and which he didn't seem akward for a change... I liked that and seeing his character evolve overe the season.

I wonder why they are showing a rerun? Not that I mind, this is the first episode that I am in. They were filming another scene today at the same "establishment" that "Tyra's" sister works at.
Between moving FNL around to different days and timeslots and now showing reruns somewhat unexpectedly, NBC is really screwing this show over.

Vic, what part of the show are you in? The girls on this show are incredibly hot. I don't care if it is a rerun, because I just started watching it not too long ago. Keegan, they have been confusing me with changing the time. I'm sure others aren't as diligent in finding and watching the show.
The show was at 7 pm on Tuesdays in the fall...NBC made all kinds of announcements during its winter break that it would be moving to 7 pm on Wednesdays. They said last week that this week would be a rerun. Shows have reruns from time to time instead of a new episode. I really don't think the show is getting screwed over any differently than all the other great shows do.
Wednesday is a much better spot. They would be going up against American Idol and NCIS on Tuesdays. On Wednesday, they are battling with Bones, Armed and Famous, and George Lopez/According to Jim.
Even though this past one was a rerun, it gave me a chance to catch up since I hadn't seen every episode. Also, parts of the show were filmed in my hometown of Lockhart at Smitty's BBQ. Damn good BBQ by the way.

Sweet! My episode is on next week. I'm playing golf w/Riggins' Dad. Hopefully I didn't end up on the cutting room floor. I'm wearing a maroon sweater and we are on the 18th tee losing money to his greasy dad at "Corpus Christi Municipal."

finally... buddy garrity has brought back the hate! it was drivin me crazy that he had been nice the past couple episodes.
It looks like they might be setting Buddy up for an affair with Tyra's mom. No mention of the lawsuit in this episode. You would think Buddy would have mentioned that as another reason he didn't want Street dating Lyla.
I think Mrs. Coach (Connie Britton) is getting hotter and hotter as the season goes on.
Do I detect that the mayor might want her on her re-election team just because of her above-mentioned hotness?
