Jill Mills almost killed me at the Broadway Bar in San Antonio. I'm not kidding. My boss mentioned that "The Worlds Strongest Women" was there. And I looked and up said, "Wow, no kidding."

Anyway, the night went on and I forgot all about her but I was ordering a beer at the bar and looked up and she was sitting right next to me. And just joking around I said, "Hey, do you want to arm wrestle?"

So to make a long story short she did not think it was funny one bit and flashed on me. She said, "You think this is a joke?? Do you know how hard I work to be like this?? How about we go outside and I show you??"

Sucked. The only thing I thought of was, Wow, I'm about to get my ass kicked by a girl in front of all my friends. Good thing it didn't happen.

good episode. Coach's daughter is a great character.

Anybody else think Plaxico Burress looks like Voodoo?

Love this show, Lyla is freaking hot!!!! If I'm Tim I'm pretty pumped now since Street already knows, I now continue to bang his chick for all she's worth.

Not to mention his blonde sloot former-girlfriend in the back of grocery stores too.

Saracen wore a Members Only jacket on his date. Awesome.

Man, his buddy is the worst relationship advisor ever.

I missed a part of the previews for next week..... did the coach forbid the QB from seeing his daughter?

Next week's is going to be epic with the coach telling Saracen not to see his daughter. DUM-DUM-DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM!!!!

You know how I know how old I am? I think the coach's wife is the hottest. I'm damn old.

Matt Saracen is officially the most likeable character on TV.

i thought the *****es in the stands throwing water on lyla was pretty hilarious, they made buddy miss part of the game :0!!!

Coach: You want a beer?

Saracen: Oh, no thanks, sir. I'm driving.

Coach: I was kidding.

It added some depth to Buddy Garrity, that's for sure.

Damn DVR. are there replays on the net?

I think NBC lets you download any show the day after.

I agree the coaches wife is hot (again I thought that when she was on Spin City).

Goose - I think that was the funniest exchange on last nights show.

Am I wrong, or did this show not air in San Antonio on TW Cable last night?

Great television.

I agree. This show just keeps getting better and better, and whenever I watch it, it makes me think about home.

And let's face it. Damn near every girl in this show is hot. But especially Lyla and Coach's wife.

I'm watching the episode on DVR right now and cracking up. I'm not sure what was better: the member's only jacket, the "do you want a beer?" exchange, or Saracen's claim that "his people" recommended the movie.

Or the fact that he thought he could get a ticket bc he Matt S...

Another great episode. This is just one of the best and most enjoyable shows on television right now.

1. Like someone said above, Matt Saracen is one of the most likeable characters on tv, mainly because he's just a normal guy and exhibits some of the qualities that we did when we were in high school. The kid deserves tremendous amount of respect for everything on his plate, from his job to taking care of his grandmother and essentially raising himself, and then throwing football on top of all that. And now that he finally tried to use his QB1 status and it didn't work getting the movie tickets, I seriously doubt he'll ever use it again.

2. It'll be interesting to see the showdown between Saracen and Coach Taylor next week. I would assume this stems from Matt stealing a kiss after the game, which Mrs. Taylor saw.

3. Landry cracks me up. He knows so little, yet knows so much. Saracen noting that he hadn't had a girlfriend since 5th grade, followed by Landry's comment that it was a "bad break-up" and he preferred not to discuss it was hilarious.

4. Coach Taylor's comment about the dating situation was priceless: "well, at least she's not dating a serial killer...or a Riggin."

5. It was nice to see a little bit of depth and humanity to Buddy in that final scene with his daughter, especially when he told her missing the end of the game was no big deal, because "it's just a game".

6. I'm not sure what to think about Lyla. Part of me felt sorry for her there at the end, but at the same time, I felt like she had it coming with what she did to Street.

7. It'll be interesting to see what is going to transpire with Street and Tyra.

8. Tyra + Lyla + Mrs. Taylor = hottest trifecta of women on a tv show in production right now, by far

One of the best episodes so far. Solid from start to finish.

I actually love the "game ones" about ten times better but if this particular episode didn't have a game at the end I would have still placed it pretty high. The game was just a bonus this week.

I loved Tim's block at the end. Espcially how it looks like they are going to downplay it. But the block always takes a step back from the guy actually scoring every time. I hoped he was going to step up and be the #1 back but it doesn't look like he's going to be the top back.
