1. He's not confident enough to actually lead other men and shirks away at the first moment of awkwardness or toughness

2. He tries to copy Ted's actions straight up, but doesn't have the experience to know how to get people to open up.

Isaac and Collin's scene at the end of the show rang very true. Having that first "discussion" with a straight friend after they get the news can be a bit unnerving. Having Isaac bring up tops and bottoms was hilarious. I don't think I had a single straight friend not ask that when I told them.

This episode was a return to form for the show. Hope they keep it going for the next three episodes.

That's one frustrating thing about British shows. They'll end after 2 or 3 series (seasons).

I desperately wish there were another season of "The Office" (UK), or "The IT Crowd", or "Shetland".

I've just got to deal with the fact that there are only 12 episodes of The Office plus 2 Christmas specials and that's all there's ever going to be.

Just have to rewatch Gareth Keenan at Chasers over and over.
