I watched the chicken fingers episode and the first paintball episode last night. It's amazing that they were able to do shows like that in their first season.

Troy subtly taking notes while Annie is describing Hector the Well-Endowed's seduction of Abed's bar wench, and then Annie says, "I stroke her hair lovingly and spoon her for the appropriate amount of time before leaving" to which Troy replies, "Uhh, how long is that?" with his pen and paper out.

A travesty for those just watching now and in the future is not really getting the running gag about "The Cape."

Also on the subject of paintball, the "Fistful of Paintballs" episode with Sawyer from Lost has a line that cracks me up every single time.

They have a big stand off at the end. Sawyer walks in, it full on spaghetti western with music, the pans to the eyes and the holsters, etc.



Pierce fakes a heart attack, Sawyer falls for it, gets shot. As he's leaving, he's all pissed off and walks away saying "This school sucks." Then this happens:



It's so out of place and juvenile in what has been this overly serious scene, and it cuts the tension and reminds you that it's a stupid community college paintball game so perfectly. And it's so ridiculous that it makes me laugh out loud.

And then..."I'm outa here. I have cold play tickets"

I could not stop laughing when Pedro kept cracking up.

Variety did a Q&A with the cast and it was just as funny. The interviewer would ask questions then the cast would just go off and talked to each other and had their inside jokes for some time. You would sometimes forget the interviewer was even there. They all have great chemistry with each other.



The Darkest Timeline was great as well with all of them. The whole reunion was great.

Still making my way through season 4, but I went ahead and watched that table read. Troy admitting he'd never been to Legoland had me cracking up.

MeowMeowBeanz is a top 5 episode. So amazing.

- The opening. "You know I fought for this country..."
- "Do you own stock in Trivial Pursuits Baby Boomer edition?"
- Koogler!!!
- Jeff's standup routine. "Oh *****.. wow. what else is going on?"

I too am glad that I discovered this series once it went up on Netflix. I am now halfway through season 4, and am hoping for 6 Seasons and a Movie. The great thought they put into the small details amazes me.

Finished my rewatch. Damn such a great show.

And a really good finale. Meta as hell with some emotion. And a great ending song choice with Lord Huron. I didn't know who they were back then, now a big fan and have all three of their albums.

And the final board game bit was nails.

My god, meowmeowbeans is so great.
