Vader should not be mentioned by name, but when Owen and Ben interact, Ben should make it clear that there is something worth hiding from, maybe vaguely referencing the Empire being a danger to Luke. Owen should even maybe guess/accuse that it's related to Anakin, while Kenobi insists that he's dead.

As far as the Son of Skywalker line, Vader (then Palpatine) learns the identity of the pilot who destroyed the Death Star a few months after the Battle of Yavin.

I'm thinking there could be a cool way to have a parallel plot of Vader hunting the Jedi, and someone working for Vader who discovers Obi-Wan, but is not able to make it back to inform him. Make it seem like the storylines are about to converge but it ends up being a very close call at the end.


Doesn't Yoda refer to Anakin as Vader when they are back at the Jedi temple in Revenge of the Sith? I think they even watch video of the Emporer naming him Vader

By the way, if the Jedi had video recording devices in Palps office to record that Vader naming sequence, why were they so caught off guard by everything?

So the end to my terrible Friday the 13th (including a flat tire and brusing my knee) I found out my mom found me a stuffed Porg finally! I have been on the lookout since last year. Anyhow something to brighten the door and gloom and complaining that seems to take over the thread.

But that looked a lot like Fort Anaxes from season one of Rebels.

In other news, Thrawn: Alliances comes out next week and SWNN posted the first review I've seen today. As a Zahn/Thrawn fan, it sounds very promising, but be aware the review claims to be no spoilers, and while it doesn't give away any of the plot, it DOES give away a major character appearance.

Can't wait for the new season of Clone Wars. I bet it's all linear and revolves 100% around Maul and Mandalore. The final battle described in the Ahsoka novel that ties in with RotS will be so great to see on the screen. Order 66 with Rex is gold

I had to rewatch the above untold story of Ahsoka. Ahsoka is helping Bo-Katan deal with Maul apparently, so I'm sure he will get a lot of play.
