What's up the eye ball?

Sort of funny when the one cousin picks it up and and isn't fazed by it, and he just tosses it aside.

Wasn't it part of a stuffed bunny rabbit that fell out of the plane and landed in Walt's pool?

I think he went back to get the pizza, couldn't get in, got dirty, and took a shower.

yes, the eye is from a rabbit from the plane crash

I'm pretty sure Walt went to the house to move back in based on him bringing some of his bags

^ I think so too. He'd just about had it with Skyler's bullcrap, judging from his reaction to her threats of a restraining order.

Question: were the brothers (or cousins) there to kill Walt or kidnap him and take him back to Mexico to cook meth?

I thought they were out to avenge Tuco's death, but maybe not.

They had that pretty ax so I bet they were there to use it.

I am curious as to who got them out of the house and who called who.

How was Jesse able to just spend the cash on the house without it being traced etc? Just out of curiosity.

Last season Walt paid Saul a percentage of the money they made to launder it for him. They didn't go into the exact details of it.

quote:
Maybe I missed something but why is the cleaner bugging Walt's house?

Saul called the cleaner to bug the house. I think partly to make certain Skylar isn't going to talk to the police and also so he and Gus can get information about his family to possibly use to coerce Walt into cooking for them.

I thought they were out to avenge Tuco's death, but maybe not.

quote:
Gus is controlling the cousins since he called off the hit and he is working with the guy bugging the house since the that guy called him. So, what's the deal there? And it seemed like the cleaner and the cousins didn't know about each other?

The cousin's original plan was to go there to avenge Tuco's death. The cleaner saw them go in and called up Gus to let him know his gold mine was about to be murdered. Gus being much more important to whatever cartel sent them than Tuco had them called off before they went and did something stupid.

Ah, I think you are right. Forgot all about that. I need to go rewatch some of last season. Anyhow, what's up with keeping it around like he's done? It keeps popping up for some reason.

^ Never had HBO?

Went on a marathon bender this weekend- finally got caught up to watch live. Huge disappointment switching from Bluray to DVR'ed non-HD for the first 2 eps of S3. Damn DirecTV- how can you have more channels in HD than any other provider, and not carry AMC HD?

Yea, good point. I was a loyal Sopranos and Six Feet Under fan as well. But...geez. This show just has me hooked.

From about 5 episodes before the s2 finale to now, the show has been absolutely top notch. (More so than usual, IMO)

I can't believe how much hatred Skyler has for Walt. Everything he did was for her and their kids. What she did is 10 times worse. I hate her now.

Before this episode, skyler was already a c--t. Now she's a hoar, too.

and she didn't "screw", "do it with" " have sex with", she f'ed him, brutal.

Plus he is scamming the company for his family, too.

another great one overall

I don't get the hate for Skyler. Yeah, he did it for them.

He also could've taken the money from his friends.

He's put his children into harms way.

And then, he put her in a bad situation, and she turned the tables on him.

Walt is not a good guy.

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Yeah, but she's not killing people or letting them die out of their own convenience.

Yeah, I lost any and all respect for her when she was smoking while pregnant and again, when her baby was in the room.

But, it was funny how he put her in that situation, and then she turned the table on him.

Another good episode. I'll admit, I was pissed at her. Walt isn't an angel by any stretch of the imagination with all that he's done, but he "broke bad" with good intentions on his part - it was a desperate move to try and enable his family to survive past his unlikely survival at the time, which makes you relate and symphasis with him. In comparison, she did something bad with questionable motives, with the sole intention to hurt him as bad as she could.

Anyhow, how will Walt react? Anyone think he'll go after the dude? I doubt he'll go after Skyler for the obvious reasons. I dunno about killing that dude, as bad ass as that would be, but I can see a "don't ever touch her again or I'll kill you" type of feel-good moment may very well be in order between the two.

Time for Walt to get a little Gansta if you ask me. Maybe beating the guy's face in with a gun (a la Henry from Goodfellas) would be in order.

You don't think that Walt intentionally hurt her by making her seem like the bad guy to Flynn?

He painted her in a corner. She can either do something that hurts her kids or give him some of his own medicine.

She didn't have to, but she felt like she had nothing left. And for a controlling ass like Walt, it was the perfect thing to do.

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Everything that Walt did, as he explains in the show, has been for his family, and nothing else.

Skyler, on the other hand, is ****ing the dude just for the sake of getting back at him.

It's an immature and hoary thing to do and she is a straight up khunt.

Not taking the job or the medical care was for his family?

Killing Jane or letting her die (whichever way you look at it), was for his family?

Making his son drink Tequila until he was sick, was for his family?

Forcing his pregnant wife, was for his family?

He's a real good guy looking out for his family.

I'm not defending Skyler, but I can see why she did it.
sharkenleo
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Well the tequila and forcing his wife ones aren't part of what I was talking about.

As for killing Jane, it was partly to keep his family safe, partly to cover his own ass.

Not saying it was a lesser crime, cause it definitely wasn't. But he had his motives.

Skyler can't come to terms with the fact that she's lost her control over Walt that she's had almost their entire marriage. That began to change in season 1.

Its Walt Jr.!!!!

Here is the thing that I dont get about Skylar, she is pissed at Walt and won't even talk to him because he is a "criminal" Yet she is so understanding and caring for her boss who is a "criminal" also...I just dont get it!

BTW, was that Keith Jardine, the MMA fighter, who Hank got into a fight with at the bar? Looked just like him.

I think we'll find that Skylar f'd her boss to try and get Walt to want to divorce her. She saw no other way so she figured she'd bang her boss and tell Walt.

I think she realizes that he's a dirtbag too. They are drawing some nice parallels too. Walt and the boss are both criminals but doing different things. Walt called out that he didn't steal, the money didn't belong to someone else so he doesn't see it as wrong. The boss is stealing money from his own company so he doesn't see it as wrong.

And every character in this show is gray, there is no black and white and that's why it's so great.
