Got a quick sneak peek of the new season during the "fan favorite" rerun tonight. The sneak was at the premiere of The Great Gatsby, so it looks like we will be spending little to no time on the film making process, which will be a nice change of pace after Medellin.

Sloan was back, red carpet style, and looking good as always. Jamie-Lynn Sigler was back as well.

How do you guys think folks will take to Gary Cole's character? They've been pretty hit (Lloyd, Billy Walsh) and miss (Dom) with recurring male characters. Hopefully it works out and we get plenty of Lumberg-esque type humor.

I don't think I'm happy about Alexis Dziena (Donald Sutherland's annoying daughter on Fool's Gold) as Eric's new lady friend as I was hoping for a major hottie.

Kate Mara, (widow from Shooter and We are Marshall) will hopefully get a lot more face time than Alexis.

Watching the fan favs last night, I noticed something. People in the background staring at Vince. I had never noticed that before. At first, I thought it was bad extra's looking at the camera.

I guess it's been there from the beginning, but I never pay attention to the background.

Easily two of my favorite episodes last night, especially the Vegas episode.

My wife, who hates the show, liked the premier episode.

Apparently, she likes it as much as guys like Sex in the City.

the new season doesn't start until july 12th. where did you see the premiere?

New episodes will be posted online somewhere (HBO.com?)the day after they are on, right? I don't have HBO until I get back to CS in mid August...

I know NBC.com does with with shows like the Office, so hoping Entourage will be the same..

nbc is also national television. HBO might show the first episode online as a promo, but definitely no more.

Ari's one liners are awesome.

HBO doesn't give away for free what they want you to pay for...I don't even think you can get them on iTunes until the whole season is over.
