Linz,

that's why Zimmerman originally was released by the Sanford PD. According to them, the evidence supported his story, so..."Bye!". When the media started lying out their asses, and made it racial, THEN the Sanford PD and the local DA, etc, were pressured into appeasing race-based accusations and brought him back in and pressed charges.

Didn't this case bypass any sort of grand jury, because it was well established that an indictment was extremely unlikely?
"Corey has long had a reputation for not using grand juries if she thinks it isn’t necessary."
