Texas A&M baseball handled this weekend's pressure, both atmospheric and on-field, nearly perfectly in a two-game sweep of Texas in the Lone Star Showdown. Following the challenges faced vs. the Longhorns, the Aggies will need to use that experience, as their maturity will be tested again.

Texas A&M baseball weathered quite a few storms last week. Rain, thunder and lightning were all common, on and off the field. In many ways, this was the biggest test for Michael Earley and his ballclub so far this season. How the Aggies handled the pressure, both atmospheric and beyond, would serve as a major marker for the program.

Their experience in navigating those challenges was vastly different from those their supporters had.
