exactly! So much disappointment! I get so excited to tune in every week, as I'm sure most of us do... only to get disappointed and embarrassed

I feel like this is 100% on the coaches. They look to be lacking effort, bad attitudes, mental errors, bad decision making.

On paper, we are 15x more talented than MSST. You would think quite the opposite after watching this.

2 years in a row, I'm hoping Byrd is on the hot seat. I was hopeful to start the year, that has dissipated. Time to move on to a long term solution

This has to mark the end of the Bird Kuhn era. We are one of the worst teams in the SEC. And it isn't like we are young and building something.

I think you just clean house. Encourage players to enter the portal. Clean out whatever attitude problems infect this team! Nothing redeeming with keeping this staff around.

And we bring in DS players. I counted at least 6 different ones but yet we allow over .450

What do you do in practice to allow an opponent to hit that well against you and hit that poorly ??

I don't care about politics or anything else. This program has regressed so bad and we are paying the head coach DOUBLE that previous coach and staff

We were better prepared in game and scouting under the Corbellis. And I can guarantee those players that came in with the Corbellis or were recruited by them would be improving under that staff better then this staff

Hell the worst record they ever had was with multiple injuries and hardest strength of schedule in country. And they were better than this team collectively

I agree. This staff is horrible. Every single player has taken a huge step back this year. Fire her and let's move on. This season has turned into a headache on weekends

If we hadn't won the 5 setters against UT and Georgia, we'd be in an eight match losing streak!

A volleyball only facility would be the biggest waste of money we could possibly dream up for our alumni to put $10+ million or more into. Your same alumni donors could take that and put it into NIL have basically have two decades of the future US Olympic team.

Our facility is not even 1% of the problem with our program.

It is well-known that the AD usually has very little involvement in hiring women's and non-revenue coaches and that job falls on the SWA and lesser sport administrators. Woodward had/has a great record hiring revenue coaches and I wish that he had put a little effort into these two and that Bjork is more involved.

It can often be the case that no one in the administration knows squat about a sport like volleyball and they just go on outside advice. Kuhn was the hot name at the time and that's why we got suckered into paying her like a proven champ when she hadn't actually done anything on her own. Not that the administration reads this forum, but it might be smart to get the counsel of people who actually care about the program & bring in some former players for advice...or God forbid, lean on the Corbellis who despite getting a raw deal still care immensely about their legacy and the future of the program.
