Unfortunately, this is disappointing that they didn't utilize the "N" protein as confirmation of prior infection. Why rely on PCR and self reporting when you have that data point for every subject?
What I would like to see is how any self reported "Yes" or "No" to prior infection and how many of each group actually had the natural antibody?
They need a pie chart with 4 groups of seroprevalance:
Vaccinnated only antibody (S)
Vaccinated and prior infection (S & N)
Unvaccinated prior infection (S & N)
Unvaccinated no prior infection (nothing)
Maybe the dashboard will get revised with more useful charts going fwd.

reading through the dashboard guide, it appears that they did use the N protein. it looks like for the first graph you posted, that is only looking at what percentage of the study group shows antibodies from the virus (not vaccine only) but maybe im reading that wrong. the red and blue pie chart is just what you are asking for, that is self reported yes/no for prior infection. the bar chart right below that shows what percentage of each of those self reporting groups have detectable antibodies from the virusthirdcoast said:

Yes, I believe the upper limit of the test is 2500 for the spike protein antibody. You have very good antibody level from the vaccine, especially given the fact that it's been 6 months since your 2nd dose. However, you have no natural antibodies, which means you likely have never had CovidQuote:

Because their reference range for the qualitative test is 'Negative' and their reference range for the quantitative test is <0.8 for spike protein and <1 for natural antibodies. If your results are outside their established reference range it will be listed as 'out of range.'Quote:

I expected to be positive for both, but surprised by how high the #s are!

My symptoms were very mild, slight sore throat and runny nose. I took some Sudafed and benadryl and went on with my weekend. I thought it was allergies, but if my levels go up, I would take that as natural reinfection.

I would say moderately severe - I did develop pneumonia in both lungs and was hospitalized for a few days. Oxygen level got to low 90s. Ran fever for about two weeks, lot of symptoms (stomach issues, body aches, cough, severe dry mouth, trouble breathing, fatigue, etc). Treatment was minimal at the time since it was so early on - was sick at home for a week with only Tylenol and albuterol, after hospital admission I was put on a lot of antibiotics and HCQ. Sent home after a few days to continue to recover at home.
With my #s being so high, I am wondering if I had a really strong immune response, or if I have been exposed/infected again and didn't know it?

I'm not a doctor, but heard a few anecdotal stories of pretty bad responses to vaccines if taken shortly after infection. I would assume a high immune defense system would put up a pretty good fight vs someone like me with much lower levels.
It seems people with no natural infection also had a harder time with 2nd shot. Probably a similar effect to a naturally immune person getting boosted.
My plan is to get a booster if my levels on 2nd sample dont go up. So I'll post my reaction then.
Hopefully they don't scrap the study early.

My daughters numbers for N were 35 (feb), 20 (may), 5 (aug), but we don't know when she got it. She was probably asymptomatic.

She was negative for s-protein until she got the vaccine, then she was >2500 for s.
I'm fairly certain N-protein is the actual natural Covid antibodies, and the S is for vaccine. If anyone has a positive S-protein value, it means they got the vaccine.

And if my sample swap theory is correct, I am going to predict your sample 2 is going to have a low N (under 10), and an S at 0, just to be on record. Again, not my field at all, but just a hunch (as rare and absurd as swapping samples would be). CLP seemed pretty unprofessional, at least her one I went to in sugar land. Never verified my name or identifying information before putting a sticker on vile (I don't recall them putting one on, and pretty sure they didn't even alcohol swap my arm).
S is for the spike, and N is for the nucleocapsid. If you had infection, would expect to have both. The vaccines only deal with spike, which is what the virus uses to attach to your cell, so if you have been vaccinated you should have S but not N.

Thanks! Called and left a message. Yes I had setup my login account before going to the lab, so maybe they just need to click one more thing for me.
So I tested positive for covid (mild case) on like November 30 of last year. Had repeated exposures since then and nothing. Just went to CVS an hour ago and did the antibody test and still positive for the IgG Covid antibodies.
At least in this guy we're looking at 9 months that they're showing up post-infection.

From all the results everyone else is posting, it's hard to determine a trend. I just got access to my dashboard and I have S >2500 and N 4.6. Got Pfizer in March/April and had Covid with only "allergy" symptoms 3-4 weeks ago. Weird that my N is so low.
