Did Burton gain some weight?

Because I've followed Aggie baseball since I was a student in the early 90s. When I was in the Corps, my buddies and I would walk over and watch them play, even though we had to get up the next morning at 0530 for morning PT. Why do you watch?
Because I believe I'm watching a live contest whose outcome has not been pre-determined by the umpires.
Absolutely. If nothing else get that pitch count up and get him out after 4 then feast on their garbage pen.Aggies2009 said:ChemEng94 said:
Well hopefully this doesn't mean Holman is back on track. See this a lot though. Rough start, but then settles in and cruises.
Glad we got 3 when we did. His ERA is like 2.43.
Quicker we get him out, the better. At the current rate, he'll be out by the 4th or so. Hope they make him work next inning.
I darn sure have.Flaming hot Cheetos con Li'mon. Trying to keep the Ags hot.StinkyPinky said:

You're both good posters, so lets give this one a rest and enjoy the game.Wabs said:dabo man said:Quote:

Awe. God bless you.
Crushes the fb. Doesn't see nearly as many now, especially not late in the count. I kinda wish he'd sit fb on the first pitch and go into ambush mode if it's there. I don't want the whole team doing that but it might be helpful for him to get a pitch he can handle better. He's not hitting this guy's curve unless it's a very bad mistake.AggieBB said:Really weird deal. As a soph I had tons of confidence in him. He's just lost now. Almost not fair for him to get thrown into this one.Budder01 said:
Historic regression = Targac. Never seen someone stare at perfect pitches to swing at garbage more than he has this season. Really sad because he was a stud 2 years ago. No comment on his fielding prowess at either 2B or 1B.

He may be cursed. How else can one explain the game being too big for him now?

It's not him, it's the #12 jersey. Don't know why, but Schloss clearly had some kind of satanic curse put on it before he started "awarding" it. Maybe it's supposed to be a lesson in humility? Try and burn one of those game used jerseys. I guarantee you it can't be destroyed.
