Chestnut has done a great job in the field at 2B and obviously also with the bat. Love to see him really seizing that open spot in the lineup and being productive with it.

Must slide if near the bag. I don't think there is any rule that requires ducking if you are in the basepath and not near the bag.

Not necessarily required, but if ball hits them in base path can be ruled interference so you want to give runner a chance. Don't leave up to interpretation
