I am of the opinion that the dancing girls are out of place at a baseball game. I am also of the opinion that i know nothing of promoting the team and will leave that up to those that are in charge. I will simply cheer my Aggies on and ignore what i may not agree with.

I will say, if we are going to have dancing girls, have the the best damn dancing group in the country.. it seems we are well on the way!

I don't care if Schloss is upset. So what !!! He's not a god … unless some of you have, once again, elevated yet another head coach to that position. Stop whining and coach. The team, once ranked #5, is 5-3 with a very tough weekend ahead. Focus on what happens ON the field.

I doubt Schloss being PO at a handful of bad apples in the stands and venting a bit has kept him from focusing upon our opponents this weekend.

Ut modo baseball ire

It just amazes me how quickly Aggies turn on our coaches. In his very first season in the home dugout at Olsen Shloss leads us to Omaha. Slow start the following season he sucks because he has the audacity to question the behavior of a few bad apples in the stands.

I can't believe I'm getting pulled back into this thread.

I'm irritated by this notion that in order to be a Schloss supporter, you need to tow the line. I also can't believe I'm going to quote LBJ, but:

I think that Schloss is the best coach that we've ever had. I'm not happy with what I've seen so far this season, but I have full confidence he'll get things in order.

That having been said, I can support him and be irritated by the whole dance team issue. One, because I think it's an awful addition to Olsen Field, but also because I think he's taken a personal issue (his daughter's passion) and used his position of power to promote it at his place of work.

Shouldn't I be allowed to support our coach and disagree with him on an issue?

And yes, any grown man who holds up a newspaper to one of these young women is a jackass who should be there with his wife so that she could slap him.

I hate dance teams at dance competitions, much less baseball games.
