I truly hope somehow this group catches a miracle in a bottle and runs to Omaha. I truly do.

But otherwise, and I know I'll regret it when there's no baseball soon, I cannot wait for this season to be over and to forget this team as quickly as I can. It has been an absolute slog to watch the lack of fight, the lack of clutch ability, and the inevitability of some of these losses. Just miserable.

Ags have scored 1 run in the last 3 games. What the heck makes you think there's any prayer of winning a Regional? I don't care how good your pitching is. If you score an average of .33 runs per game, you aren't winning. Period.

Considered it. Fact is they are very average. Last at large team selected. We aren't losing to a good team, just a better team than us. Very frustrating that we are wasting so much pitching talent.

The op has the same amount of decision making in the AD as you do. Which is 0.

Pitching wasn't going to go the entire post season unblemished. Guys have to actually hit and score runs at some point. Tbh, the lack of offense could easily lead to your pitching pressing too much. No idea if that is what happened.
