13 years vs 2. You guys are great. On a side note our AD just hired another awesome coach for women's golf. I believe she was just named coach of the year for the 3rd time in her 20+ year coaching career that include 3 national titles. I doubt Woodward could ever find a coach that could lead our baseball program to a single win in Omaha.

Didn't realize that. Thanks. If Florida can keep the fielding errors in check, they should have a great shot to climb back in this thing. I do think they are more talented than Tech overall.

These delays are getting ridiculous. But I still get a kick out of all the fair weather fans (pun completely intended) saying that the NCAA should move the CWS to somewhere else with better weather. Some of the better examples I've seen -

The Road to "________"
- San Diego
- Fayetteville
- Anywhere other than Nebraska
- Los Angeles

Or the other favorite - "build a dome already"

hard to believe that State still has not reached the 40-win plateau...despite being 1 game from the CWS final.

and on the flipside...State could still end up with a whopping 30 losses for the season

Yeah, the delays are an issue. I don't mind the length of games (non-delayed games), as it typically means it has been a good game. The scheduling has been annoying. Planning to watch a game on the couch with a beer in my hand, then ending up watching it over lunch at the office sucks.

Never mind.. just looked and there are only two games on the schedule. Was assuming three since they had the first one starting so early at 11AM.

Arky/Tceh - 11:00 original start time, 2:30 delayed start

OSU/UNC - 6:00 original start time, will probably end up being 7:00 or so I bet
