It would be Hallmark.

Especially if they have a trainer and she doesn't really like baseball but is just trying to pay her way through school because her parents were hit by a train the day after her HS graduation. And she then meets a guy who she thinks is obnoxious on the team and tries to avoid him.

Eventually she realizes what a gem he is because she finds out he coaches little league in his spare time. They fall in love and he proposes after they don't get out of the Supers.

They get married on homeplate the following season.

They're so loose it only took them 115 years to make a Regional.

The Davidson pitcher has started off throwing first pitch strikes on 13 of our 16 at-bats. Might as well swing at the first pitch if it looks good out of the hand.
