Just got home from the game. That. Was. Awesome! But I have to confess that I had sort of given up on them in about the seventh-inning was pretty down. Was sure we wouldn't come back today. I've got to quit that. I'm glad the team kept believing.
And I even said when Walker came up in the ninth that they should've put in a pinch hitter for him and then I said but watch him prove me wrong and he sure as well damn did.
I know a lot of this depended on that drop ball there's no way to tell if we would've gotten more runs in the ninth but it was crazy town today.
Thank you to this baseball team. Thank you to the Aggies. And on the Omaha baby!
PS. I put a brand-new Aggie flag up in my front flower bed the day the Houston regional started and we haven't lost yet. It will stay through Omaha.

They absolutely exploded like we have wanted them to do all year. It came at the right time. Everyone of them deserve credit. Coaches included.
Blake, Choruby and, Penny just destroyed. That HR made me hit the ceiling. Chafin showed huge nuts.

just got home from joyous Blue Bell Park...where the Texas Aggies clinched their 6th trip to the college world series and the first as a member of the SEC!
the game summed up the whole season...the first 7 innings...when the Ags are bad they are really bad. And the last 2 innings...when the Ags are good they are really good.
finally got those big x-base hits from Janca and Pennington that I had been looking for since game 1 of the Houston regional.
a huge accomplishment for Coach Childress to tie MJ for most CWS trips in aggie baseball history. He has still never lost to a #4 seed

What an amazing win. Probably the most exciting A&M comeback win I have ever witnessed in person, topping CFA Bowl.
