Vanderbilt is starting a big lefty on the mound, John Kilichowski. He's a 6'5" 215 lb junior who hasn't pitched much so far this season. He has an ERA of 4.29 and a BA against of .263 with a record of 1-2. Has thrown only 21 innings and started just one game.

His one start came in their last weekend series against Auburn. I'm guessing he substituted for one of their usual weekend starters, not sure why. He pitched 5 innings and gave up 6 hits and three earned runs.

The A&M pitcher who has statistics most closely resembling his is Cason Sherrod.
