My uncle was in Seattle for a meeting with other ags and heard tales of Saw Dog....his legend is spreading far and wide!

Thursday -- I forget but he made a list of his favorite Americans. Included were George Patton and Ronald Reagan.

Friday -- It was a salute to our veterans.

Saturday -- "'The green pig ate my final,' said the Aggie. Now I have to study. I need a burrito."

i do believe that finals have finally gotten to Saw Dawg and he is massively sleep deprived or was so at the time of writing that ball. thought it is nice to know that he has discovered Freebirds.

btw do we have an opponent that is a pig of some sort coming up with green as one of their colors?

i vote 203 and/or one of saw dog's followers throw HIM a ball at the END OF THE 8TH inning on the last home game in olsen...something like thanks for the new traditions or improving student turnout...that part is debatable...

i dunno, the idea just came to me...i've been studying a combination of MGMT 309 and RELS 405 for the past few hours, so strange things happen.

just throwing it out there, but yeah, it would probably mean a lot to sawdog if someone developed some sort of meaningful/comedic/inspirational/random message and returned the favor to him after a year of dedication...seriously, how many other first base coaches have such an interaction with the student section?

Just a little side note here, the Sawdawg facebook group that was started about a week ago already has 124 members. This guy has a huge following. Give 'em hell Sawdawg!

Seriously doubt you'd get kicked out of the game for it. As long as it doesn't interrupt play, then the only person who would be close enough to care is Gary, and you know he'd be cool with it.

You take Rev, because Ol' Sarge would never be stranded on an island. Sarge can swim the Pacific Ocean.

Well, two things there. By that time of the game Gary is always gone for home. The only people around are security and campus cops. All of which are real a-holes except for two guys, so hopefully one of them is up there. The other thing is that by Olsen rules, anyone throwing anything onto the field can be removed from the facility, and this is going to be at the t.u. game, so its going to be busy and prolly have all rules enforced. Like I said, I'm all for it, I just hope whoever actually throws it doesn't get thrown out of the game, that would suk.

Leave Rev there if it's Rev VII. Take Ol' Sarge for the chance to learn something useful on the trip back, and to scare off any Japs that might be trying to torpedo you. And when you get back stateside, get a new Rev that isn't a collie.
