5-5 record to start isn't encouraging, but I think he succeeds at Memphis once he actually gets his players playing a system that is thought out. I haven't watched any games, though...

Hmmm I think you are wrong. I actually think averages would say there are equal better than average than than below average coaches which is how averages work. But I wasn't a math major so there is a good chance I'm wrong.
