Tim Timmerman. Played center and was in the Corps.

Timmean was a starter and a good player pretty sure.
Not obscure, but I will say one player from our history who doesn't get much pub but was an outstanding individual player was Tony Milton. Very quick. A scoring-first PG with some real toughness.

Randy Knowles.....legally blind in one eye.

Won SWC regular season title in 1986 and tourney title in 1987. Todd and Clifford and Crite were responsible for Shelby's last stand.

I don't know if he qualifies, but Calvin Davis was a pretty dang good player. The only reason he might fit as obscure is because injury ended his career.
