Harry Bostic was the epitome of obscure... Heitmann, not so much. Iirc, he was a three year starter, while Harry came off the bench. Harry did not resemble a D-1 athlete, yet he was.

So much that several players had to go convince BCG to go recruit him to walk on
Once saw him single handedly lead a squad of white scrubs back to back pickup wins over a team consisting of Acie Antoine and a few other roster guys

Neither of these guys were obscure, both were highly visible great players. Britton could hit threes from anywhere, we used joke and say he could shoot them from the bleachers. Riley was was an awesome rebounder and quick to the bucket. Didn't his daughter play for Gray Blair?

There was no three point line when Britton played. But you are correct - neither was obscure.

Claude was a fun dude. Would come by our apartment all the time. Roommate was one of his best friends from Crockett

was one of my idols growing up. Lived on the street right behind us in League City. Was a great rebounder for the Aggies.

Jeff and Bennie Lenox are two great Aggies that came from Clear Creek High School.
