Any of the DFW folks happen to be going to the Collective Brewing/Heim BBQ pitmaster class and lunch tomorrow? Me and the pops will be out there and wanted to see if any other Ags would be there as well.

It was a 27 quart tub that came with the sous vide. Any size will work as long as there is room for the water to circulate around the food.

Maybe it needs some time. I've heard from lots of people that have had previous versions say this one was not nearly as good.

I just use those rabbit deals generally, but I've only gone to the next day with it once. That did ok I guess, but not something I would do on the regular. I'd just power on through if I were you.

I save beers overnight all the time and they do quite well with my vacuum plugs I got off of Amazon.

Drinking an interesting one tonight.....Hazelnut isn't my favorite flavor in the world but I like it.

This is pretty good.

That stopper will keep carbonation for a couple of days.

Get some of these. If you put the stopper in right after your pour you'll get 3-5 days of carb.

Collective releasing wood folk soon in bottles. May go to heim for burnt ends.

Yeah I think I saw bottle release is Feb 11 for those. Really interested to see how this version turned out with the vanilla and citrus additions.

Heim is awesome. I would definitely recommend popping out there for some BBQ.
