I appreciate Destihl trying to pump more easily accessible sours onto the market at good prices.

What I don't appreciate is having the enamel scorched off my teeth every time I drink one of those beers though.

2014 Ommegang Three Philosophers last night. I think getting four packs of these for yearly verts may be the best value vert out there. Plan on getting 4-packs from here on out of the 12 oz bottles.

Lone Pint Jabberwocky tonight. Pretty damn hoppy imperial IPA. Doesn't have the pine like bite of a west coast, but damn if it doesn't have just as many hops.

Gah yah I need to get down to Austin soon! I'll probably be down at the end of July or so for whenever Atrial releases. Maybe that will be the time we can make something work.haha thanks again for holding them this long for me.

Colorado beer threaders - can I get a bottle shop recommendation in either Colorado Springs or south Denver area? I've searched and found several tap room recs in Denver but I would like to stock up on bottles for our cabin. Will be staying near Bailey, CO so we'll be going up 25 through Colorado Springs then either get on 67 or go up to 470 then head west.

We will be driving through the Springs on Sunday evening.

coaltrain is probably your best option in the springs on Uintah right off of I-25. Bubbles in Castle Rock is pretty solid as is tipsy's off of 470.

Lukas liquor is NW corner of 25 and 470. Solid walk in bomber room.

Then Davidson's is off 470 and I think university.

Headed to a wedding this weekend in Hollywood. Any breweries or anything pretty close around there worth checking out? Not sure how much free time I'll really have, but maybe need to kill a couple of hours on Thursday or Friday afternoon. Not interested in hauling up to some cool bottle shop in Santa Monica or something down in Orange COunty.

I live in LA. There isn't. But there is Bludsoe's BBQ on La Brea they have a big selection of craft beers. Cool spot.

Did a search on google maps earlier and the only ones that popped up sort of around there were Eagle Rock, Frog Town and Golden Road Brewing. I presume that none of those are worth anything?
