I really liked the BBQ, almost too much bourbon flavor for my taste though. Definitely feeling it if you take down the whole bottle.
Just picked up a botle of Wytchmaker with a November batch date. Anybody know what batches started using the wild fermentation in that beer?

It was decent, but not something I will buy again. I had no bourbon flavor upfront...and then the beer warmed. Towards the end of the bottls, it was like I was sipping carbonated bourbon.
And this morning, based on the way I feel, I'd say that is a pretty accurate description of what happened.

Any reviews of 8th Wonder's stuff?
Wasn't much of a fan initially, but they have gotten better IMO. They did a French toast version of their Alt beer which I thought was delicious.. And something with mosaic that was really good too. Were you wondering about any specific beers?
Not really. Just remembered hearing about them starting up and nothing from them for a while.
