Love that Anchor Steam beer. Had my first one of those in years recently and it's solid.

We ran through Saint Arnold, 8th Wonder, and True Anomaly this afternoon. Nice and easy process.

That 2014 round was a great one. Wish they still came in those smaller bottles, too.

Supposed to rain this weekend here, but I don't mind opening up the garage, putting out a chair, and chilling.

Still good on quarantine beer right now! But I'm sure that we are all digging into the cellar more than normal right now.

Surprisingly enough the local craft beer shop got 3 cases. Not sure if it's a semi regular distribution deal or how they came about it. Fresh stuff too brewed on 17 Mar.

Yeah, it's been great for the last week or so. I shut things down around 430 and go outside with a beer or two and hang out with the kids in the front yard. Maybe go for a walk.

It's gonna be tough going back to the office.

I picked up 3 kegs about 2 weeks ago hah. That's 150 beers before I even get to what I already had.

Allow Texas Brewers to Deliver & Ship Beer during COVID-19

Petition to allow direct to consumer delivery during these times. Everyone should sign this. It has been great in CA to be able to buy directly from breweries to support them. Sucks that y'all in Texas don't have the same rights or power.

So TX recently allowed to go sales from producers.. but specifically excluded delivery? That's weird.
Is drizly not currently in texas?

Restaurants around my little town are totally banking cause people get their food delivered and are throwing in their drinks with the order. Most breweries have free delivery with a min. purchase as well.


There's a company in Denver (craft alley) that started pre covid.. about 3 years ago, they are basically a liquor store license I think, but only stock mostly crowlers from breweries around town. They have a subscription type delivery service; you get 4 crowlers that retail up to about $55, free delivery, and it's only $40, as frequently as you like. They have a storefront to for walk ins where they stock about 100 different crowlers. They recently expanded to liquor (very limited.. like maybe 40-50 products total)

Kind of an indirect delivery service.. it's not coming from brewery, but from a third party like drizly. Different though, in that drizly picks up products from a liquor store, this company picks up product directly from manufacturer, and crowlers are filled on order.

Speaking of, my monthly 6 crowler delivery comes today at 5!

wait.. is this old? I thought for sure this was already passed in TX.

The next bullet is delivery, but I thought bullet #1 is already in effect. (It happened a day or two before CO actually)

Yes, in Texas we can go to any brewery for curbside pickup. They just can't ship or deliver beer.

There is a delivery service in Houston that delivers growlers like you mentioned. HopDropIt.

And I really doubt that the restaurants around you are killing it. More likely struggling to hang on.

Does anyone on here posting from California wants to order a box of Pliny and Row 2 Hill 56 and swap the brewers label for mine to help the Tine contingent weather these uncertain times?
