Based on a little of what I have heard during coverage and one of the members I know, it was an old school private club that had no interest in the process. Not sure exactly what changed but apparently new leadership came on board and decided it was worth it. Even though that club would have plenty of members with serious money when you decide you need to overhaul the layout with a top designer and refresh and expand your clubhouse to stay relevant, my guess is the USGA made it enticing enough to do it.

How much is it for a month?

I bought ESPN+ for baseball and canceled it. Definitely worth the $10

Was wondering if you think peacock would be worth one month to watch all the us open I can handle

Billy Horschel talked about this on the subpar podcast. Said whoever is making those videos is just looking for crazy rough to make a video from, even if it's not really in play.
