I feel like the announcers and gallery get nervous for him on shots like that and he's just not sure why anyone is worried. His answers when asked about why the driver so much on certain holes on this course were great... "all I see is driver here."

That's the words of a dude who knows exactly where it's going.

Agreed. And all the guys that posted that "this is just another tournament, or the John Deere" , need to just STFU. The PGA is a great major, and provides lots of drama over its history. This has been more entertaining than any other major this year (obviously Tiger helps that).

Yep. His "struggles" on the back 9 were missed birdie putts from 8-12 feet. Those are good struggles to have

There have ben some players in the past that were "US Open" guys. Had the perfect game for it but didn't necessarily translate elsewhere. His game has never seemed that way, but this would be a big step.

The point of my post was that it's pretty sad to see the overhead view of the leader making birdie on 16 in front of maybe 300 fans...

Tiger is arguably best of all time, and from 99-08 nobody sniffed him.

I like this type of golf. Rough is just enough to punish some wayward shots. I'd like to see the course with skinnier fairways next time. Toughen it up a little!

He had that putt on the lip on 11, a lip out on 14, and the tee shot on 17...and still shot 64.

Yeah I will admit tiger is pretty good!

Phil couldnt get out of his own way. Koepka plays within himself and has a much better driver than Phil.

I firmly believe tiger will win another major. Today was another big step in the right direction. 64 on Sunday while in the hunt is damn good, win or not.

Agreed. It my favorite type of court to play too. And I agree about tightening it up some. It didn't help that it was so soft. Same thing happened this year at TPC Potomac.
