You mean like in this case, when he represented himself ...

Not interested in his pro se antics, more interested in the "legal advice" that he readily dishes out on the shag.

Are the guy banging his ex-wife?
No. I do that to my own wife.

But .... his ex isn't too homely! At least she got away from Charles and married an Aggie!!
Rule #1

Either one will do.

To clarify. My wife is NOT his ex-wife. But I remain 100 percent sure of "Randy's" identity.

And I know for a fact that his ex-wife married an Aggie in the DFW area.

Understood.

But you or your wife know Randy's ex and her current husband, correct?

For the new comers

quote:
"They said they fired me because I was unable to meet expectations," he said. "Basically, they said they fired me because I was incompetent."

Satterfield lives in Houston and now does consulting work. He filed a complaint with Finra in October 2007, alleging that Stanford fired him to maintain Stanford's code of silence. And then "it filed what it knew to be a materially misleading, inaccurate, fraudulent and defamatory Form U-5" report with Finra.

In his complaint, Satterfield accused his former employer of outright contempt for securities regulations. But he had no idea then that it would become one of history's biggest alleged Ponzis.

"I just thought these guys were idiots," he said. "I didn't have a clue how corrupt these morons were.

"They had no business plan. They were winging everything they did.

"Everyone thought this was their big chance to get wealthy. And everybody was doing whatever was in their best interest stabbing people in the back.

"For a lot of people who worked there, this was the best job they ever had, and the best job they were ever going to have.

"Not a one of them in senior management positions ever worked for a reputable Wall Street firm. Not a one of them had an advanced degree. Not a one of them had any training from a reputable business school. It was a clown college."

If I'm reading that correctly, he hasn't been licensed since November 2009. So he's either unemployed taking welfare handouts or underemployed flipping hamburgers.

No wonder he has so much time to research WW1 trench warfare

He also wasn't licensed during his "twenty years" on Wall Street. To be hired as a Managing Director??

Granted, it was a Ponzi scheme, but this guy had a pretty slim resume in that field.

If you're hired as a "yes man" for a ponzi scheme, your employer avoids a stout resume.

They want ignorant but look just good enough on paper to pass the smell test - enter Randy.

He was hired to fill a desk at a company selling a Ponzi scheme.

Pretty rich for a guy with few credentials to say this:

One more thought...if Charles Satterfield III was not the same person as Randolph Duke, don't you think he (Charles Satterfield) would have, at some point, come forward and spoke out and cleared his name. Surely he's been contacted about the connection between his name and the online persona.

I know I would have.

What's more, the 2 years he spent at Stanford is the longest he's ever been employed.
