That's why I said it's above top dollar. $275 is high, unless we are talking new construction or a property (new or resale) in East Shore.
It's particularly obnoxious given the house is only 2k sq ft. Usually you only see that price point on much larger houses.
I get that it's on a really unique lot, and houses there don't come up for sale very often at all. And the original interiors are pretty dates. But to me that just makes the renovation that much worse.
