I don't think this is code in any jurisdiction.

1) Purchase life insurance policy for grandma.

2) Host Thanksgiving dinner.

3) Profit.

I'll give them credit - if they find someone who just loves Victorian it'll be an easy sale. Otherwise.....

I'm not a realtor but I love looking at houses online. I've driven by this one a bunch this week and finally googled it. Very...unique. Some of it is cool but just very unusual. Honestly I thought it was a school or church.

Edit because I'm an idiot and dont know how to embed pictures, so here's the link.

It would certainly make an amazing fort for the coming civil war 2.0.

I can appreciate the work that went into it, but some of the design choices made are just baffling. It's obviously updated only halfway and the updates are a mix of actual modern vs. generic suburban so it's like there are 3 thing going on at once here. None of them play that nicely with each other.

Anyway I see the potential, but it's going to take a very competent architect or interior and kitchen design person to make that happen. Bring your checkbook!

If at some point, say I dunno... 3,000 days on the market, do you change the list price?

Good grief, give it up man.

Give it another 40-50 years and inflation may have finally caught up with it.

The pics really leave a lot of things to your imagination. Like cars running the stop sign and ending in your bedroom. And where you pull over to open your gate.

Also it looks like there's a tombstone in the front yard. It's kind of obelisk shaped.
