Yeah, about a third to half of the lot is up the cliff.

The neighbor just terraced their lot. Which I'm sure was cheap.

Scenic Loop Rd

This place is pretty wild.
If you aren't familiar with Grey Forest, it's a cool little neighborhood that was originally built in the early 1900s. It consists of creek front weekend cabins to escape the city heat.

Not a single picture of the inside of the trains??? Isn't that kind of the elephant in the room there?

The train cars off to the side - okay cool. The train running into the house - ridiculous.
