It's got FIVE car garages... that's AWESOME. But do they ALL have to be forward-facing?
Looks pretty typical for the area I live in. Welcome to Charleston lowcountry style.combat wombat said:
I am so confused by this:
I mean, it's ugly from any angle.
The first floor is a "guest house". But why was it EVER designed like this in the first place?

This and it is very standard to get this info. You would be shocked sometimes on how varied the rental rates are for similar units within the same complex. Variation is more common on older developments where you may have someone living there for 10+ years, but still you don't want that info in the hands of everyone.combat wombat said:
Rent roll a list of tenant in what they are paying for rent. Profit and loss statement is a company financial statement. I would expect to have to sign NDA in order to obtain those.
This isn't an attic, it's a "wine shed".The Fife said:
I could swear I've seen the ugly mansard roof one on McMansion Hell. Either that or its equally ugly twin.
Wine cellar? Nope, they like to store their stash in the attic where it's extra hot
edit: WTF, two window units to keep the heat out?
