I mean, while they have a patent for drone delivery service, their approach seems to be a shakedown.
Do you know anything about what the patent covers?
It would seem to me that waiting on litigation for revenues is very risky.
The interesting part is who they might identify as potential targets. If those targets are well known, then licensing is usually the route. Easier for large companies to just license the product then battle in patent court.

EGOC playing games? Suddenly a 65% day. Looking for filings but can't find any.
Where are you seeing that? I still see +10% everywhere.
TOS is showing trade price of 0.0132
Guess it might be ahead of TV and investorshub.

And just like that it's gone. TOS showing 0.0072 after 1,000 shares dropped it from a 55% up to 10% down.
That equates to a sale of $7.20 without any fees.
Tell me this isn't manipulated. If someone can drive this price action for the cost a #1 at Whataburger, we are being played when we can't purchase any stock.

Up now huge. These are really tiny trades and don't appear to be reflective of anything. Going to have to wait for EGOC to get stuff posted and approved before genuine trading occurs. HPIL is now tradable again on common platforms.Spoony Love said:

Another rough day. Is this because people were expecting a buyout?
Folks at RGBP have been talking about a buyout for a long, long time. Maybe more dilution?
I think the talk of buyout attracted many short term investors.
With the 8-k released today there are two things that happened.
1. There is essentially a dilutive effect to pay for the ChemDev payable. But that is now paid and cleared and that is very good news.
2. The letter to shareholders didn't setup a scenario for a buyout as it talks of licensing deals and hiring a Chief Science Officer. They are looking at selling licenses to their patents.
I think short termers have incorrectly jumped ship. I'm still in the buyout camp it's just being pushed down the road perhaps. But if they can generate revenue as is, then I'm still riding this thing.

I was hoping for better performance from ILUS today, but wasn't to be. Still end the week green.

No idea..might be immediately or might be a day. Hopefully someone explains.
My understanding is that these are the statements that create the SEC compliant/'pink' status and we should be able to buy sooner or later. However, Schwab still won't let us buy Pink OTC stocks right now so who knows. Maybe @Tibbers will be able to provide more detail soon.

Someone on Stocktwits posted that these are irrelevant because they are from 2019 amd 2020. Unsure what is next bit a question was asked about the process.
I think they're both irrelevant and relevant because don't they need the 2021 financials which are built off previous year...maybe?

The last filing is for the six months ending 6/30/21. So they are at least current in regards to filings.
They have a 12/31 end of year so audited, annual financials will not be available until after that date.
It's now pump and dump time unless they start releasing 8-ks with significant information. Reports state there are no operations. Which has been my biggest hurdle thus far: I don't know what they do.
8-ks are easily released so let's see where they take this.
