That's correct. You should always scan the chart and decide on the optimal entry point. With that being said, manic should be identifying the proper timing and signals for an entry, especially when his service is $149/mo. So far this week, he's been significantly off of his timed entries. In fact, inverse of manic wouldve paiiiiddddd.

Could have snagged $300C on 5/8, they are at 1.95 right now.

I do wish he would provide the thesis for the general move. I'm not so worried about entries, etc. I think we all need to manage that since its our money we are managing. But the market seems heavy. If it breaks that 281 level its going down to 177, maybe 175. I know NVDA has earnings in a few weeks but I just wonder what the general thesis with NVDA is and why he thinks it can hit 300 with general market staying heavy.

Considering almost everything I have bought is worthless I probably won't be booking it. That being said, it saved my but a few weeks ago, so personal preference here.

I bought two early June $200P for $0.45 as a hedge. Not trusting that sell in May and go away just yet. But then again, we are all chilling at home...

And what's the guideline on how much hedge vs positions?

I hedged earlier with the SPY 276p for Wednesday. I don't want to be unprepared if this is truly the beginning of the next drop.

One way to trade some of Manic's ideas might be to put a starter position when he makes his calls. In other words, if your full size is $500 or $1000, buy $100 or $200 worth of contracts. See how the trade goes. Once the trade proves the thesis right, scale up to full position. Otherwise, this is literally just a gamble.

The only thing problematic with the duck is that he doesn't post premiums often, so you don't know quite what you're wading into or if the "pop" has already happened.
